Digital Product Nature:

Please be aware that all products sold on AllGameCard are digital in nature and are delivered electronically. This means that once a game card or code has been delivered via email or displayed on your account page, it is considered “used” and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return & Refund Eligibility:

  • Incorrect Purchase: If you purchased the wrong game card by mistake and the code has NOT been viewed or used, you may be eligible for a return or exchange within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.
  • Non-Delivery: In cases where the game card or code fails to be delivered electronically due to a technical error on our end, customers are eligible for a full refund or replacement. Please allow us up to 48 hours to investigate and resolve the issue.
  • Invalid or Redeemed Codes: If you receive a game card or code that is invalid or has already been redeemed, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with supporting evidence. We will verify the claim and, if valid, provide a replacement or full refund.

Non-Eligible Conditions:

  • Change of Mind: Due to the digital nature of our products, we cannot offer returns or refunds for any purchase made by mistake or if you change your mind after the code has been delivered.
  • User Error: We are not responsible for errors made during the redemption process on the game platform. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct platform and account are used.
  • Compatibility Issues: Please ensure that the game card or code is compatible with your gaming system or region before making a purchase. We cannot offer returns or refunds due to compatibility issues.
